Assisted Gardening started as a result of sharing a love of gardening with neighbors and friends, seeing their successes and challenges, and having a desire to help. Our services are not that of a full service landscape company. We do the work together to create and bring your gardening ideas to life.

With a passion for nature and outdoor space, Assisted Gardening is available to share our knowledge and experience to Assist you with your Gardening needs.

While working in business operations and information systems, I found respite and peace of mind in the garden. Hours would go by without notice as the stress and outside world would melt away. From gardens in the Midwest to the heat of Texas and now the mild climate of the Pacific northwest, I continue to learn about native plants and water-wise gardening that complements the area. Both the Master Gardener and Master Pruner certification programs have provided me with sound education, endless resources, and opportunities for continued learning and application. Working with space, soil, climate, and unexpected natural changes have taught me a great deal yet there is so much more to learn. The best part of my job is time with clients sharing a love of gardening, gaining knowledge by learning from their challenges and experiences, and establishing “common ground” friendships.
